Ariana is a nature lover, dancer, doula and yogini. She found yoga in high school and has been exploring life as practice on and off the mat, from the Himalayas to the Andes, from holy sites in Perú to Israel. Ariana lived at Sat Manav Yoga Ashram, fully immersing herself in yogic lifestyle, meditation, asana, pranayama, and philosophy. In 2021 she journeyed to the Big Island of Hawaii to complete her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Deborah Koehn. In resonance with Pele on Hawaii, Ariana dove into Sacred Birth studies with midwife, musician, artist, Hope Medford. Ariana is passionate about honoring rites of passage and presencing the sacred in day-to-day life. She is Reiki trained and an Embodied Feminine Guide. Her intention is to cultivate clarity, connection and alignment, embodying synthesis, gratitude and wholeness.

What supports a positive beginning to life?
We aim to honor and support birth as a significant rite of passage by providing guidance and reflection as you explore your choices throughout your birth journey.
I am deeply grateful to my teachers and family for helping me remember, grow, and guide me toward a path of holistic well-being.
